The Beyond Engineering Experience 2026 – The Leadership Journey at Sairam was successfully conducted on 13th August 2026 for our students.

The two-day experience focused on developing leadership, communication, teamwork, self-awareness, and professional excellence, helping students look beyond technical knowledge and prepare to become confident future leaders.

With inspiring insights from Ms. Brooke Judd, Senior Director, FranklinCovey, USA, and Dr. Kannan Gireesh, Managing Director, Livelife Education & Motivational Speaker, along with the Presidential Address by Dr. Sai Prakash LeoMuthu, the programme created a meaningful and transformative learning experience for students.
