Sri Sairam Polytechnic College, Chennai

In the year 1996, after establishing Sri Sairam Engineering College in 1995, Shri. MJF. Ln Leo Muthu with the sole aim of providing superior education to middle class, who prefer Engineering Education, established Sri Sairam Polytechnic College. It was a master stroke, twenty years before by this extraordinary humane. The Polytechnic College is one among the pioneering institutions in the state and the excellent results are the testimony. A good percentage of students is given Engineering education based on their meritorious performance not to leave Sairam School students as well, who have been given Engineering seats in the same group Engineering institutions.

Sri Sairam Polytechnic College having inherited the motto to obtain Prosperity Through Technology, was established through the Leo Muthu Education Trust by the Philanthropist, Educationist and Industrialist MJF. Lion Leo Muthu to invariably illuminate the society. Being the sincere follower of Sri Saibaba, the discrimination of caste, creed were alien to the institution. The institution achieved the ISO certification.

The Polytechnic is located in an aspiring greenish location which is easily accessible from any part of the city. The Polytechnic functions at Sai Leo Nagar, Poonthandalam, West Tambaram, Chennai-44. The location of the college provides a suitable environment for teaching and learning.
